Return / refund policy for paid membership services and premium advertising packages

 

Services Covered by This Policy

The return/refund policy applies to all paid digital services on twfier website and app, including:

  • Featured ads of all types (Featured Ad, Highlight, Repost, Bump Up, Premium Display).

  • Wallet packages (prepaid credit packages).

  • Paid memberships (Silver, Gold, Premium).

  • Advertising banners.

  • Any other services that are automatically activated upon completing the payment process.

 

How to Subscribe to Paid Services

After selecting the appropriate package or required service, you can proceed to Cart checkout page to complete the process using your preferred payment method.

In the case of subscribing to paid services such as memberships or featured ad packages through the twfier website or mobile app,
you can choose the package that suits you on the "Post an ad or Promotions" page, where the price, description, and display duration of the package are clearly indicated.
You can also choose more than one package and multiple paid services such as "Featured Ad + Highlight", paid membership packages, ad banners, or add balance to your wallet for later use.
After selecting the appropriate package, banner, or paid service, proceed to the payment page or shopping cart to complete the payment using your preferred method.

Note: Once payment is confirmed, no returns or refunds are possible because you paid for a service that you can benefit from immediately upon completing the payment.
It is not a returnable product, but you can fully edit the ad including images, title, description, price, etc., to make the most of your selected paid features to highlight your ad.
Once the duration of the featured ad ends, the ad will move to its place among the regular free ads and will remain published until the end of the free ad period from the date of posting.

Important Note: You must be extremely cautious — if you delete the ad, you cannot get a refund or choose another service using the amount paid for the deleted ad.
You must pay again to add a new featured ad.
You can fully manage all your ads and know the duration of your featured and free ads through your account's admin panel.

 

 

Manage Your Services

Through the admin panel in your account on the "Promotions" page, you can at any time:

  • View and monitor the duration of your paid and free ads.

  • Edit or delete your ads.

  • Recharge your wallet or use your balance.

  • View your membership status and its benefits.

By using any paid service on twfier, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with our approved Advertising Policies and the terms of allowed and prohibited content.

 

Exceptional Refund Cases

Some special cases may be considered, such as:

  • Double payment for the same service by mistake.

  • A technical error that prevented the service from being activated after payment.

The request will be reviewed by the support team, and a full refund is subject to the discretion of the site management.
